A little mix of new and the old, where East Meets West!

The old is a traditional 16th centry oak beamed coaching inn that has many references to it on the internet. The Thai Elephant Restaurant here is maybe the new. The bar is just what you would expect from a proper Inn / Pub. The restaurant is the comfortable pub eating place, with the very best of Thai cusine to test your taste buds. Your Sunday lunch or English 'pub' food is avaliable here too! All this whilst retaining the atmosphere of the age of The Cow Roast Inn with its Oak beams and flag floor. Based at *Cow Roast* on the A41 London Road, you should find us easyly enough. Come and sip a beer by the open fire or enjoy the our superb beer garden (Winter - Summer!), ideal for alfresco drinking and dining. Check out our new bar menu! Our new staff  hope to see you soon.

Food! Have a meal ranging from our Bar Menu of traditional English Pub Foods, Special Lunchtime Thai, right through to our special Thai Elephant a la carte menu (Lunch or Evening). Don't forget all our Thai food is also avaliable as a take away, excluding Monday (Chefs day off!) Ring with your order or have a drink whilst it is created for you. (Home orders qualify for a 10% discount) We also have a collecter card system on eat in main meals, please ask. With this you will recieve a discount on future meals with us!

Normal Restaurant times are Tuesday - Saturday Inclusive, 11am - 3pm and 5 - 9.30pm, and Sundays 12noon - 9pm. Just turn up or ring and book a table. You will be welcome either way.
